Cultural Links Tours accepts the following methods of payment:
Western Union, Cashier’s Check, Corporate Checks, Money Orders, Money Gram, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal.  Credit cards with the following logos are accepted:

Note: There will be a 3% + $0.30 fee from PayPal to process your Payment.

We can also arrange checking account transfers.

Use google’s on-line calculator resource tool to figure our your deposit payments!

Sample Directions:
Scroll down to the calculator icon and type “3% of 1000 =.”  The on-line answer will be
“3% of 1000 = 30.”  When you go to PayPal, add $30.30 to your 1000 payment for a total of $1030.30

Please calculate your percentage for each individual deposit when using PayPal to make payments.  Examples:

Payments of $500 will be $515.30 when using PayPal
Payments of 800 will be $824.30 when using PayPal
Payments of $2,000 will be $2,060.30 using PayPal

A $500 non-refundable deposit per person deposit is required to secure your reservations.  Group deposit reservations is $1,500 for groups of 10 or less and $2,500 for groups of 11 – 20.  Groups larger than 20 people, $500 per person is required (no exceptions).

Once your payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your reservation.  The entire tour cost must be made in full 60 days prior to departure.  Late fees will apply for deposits received after the final due date. Please make sure to contact us directly and review our refund/cancellation policy before making your first payment.

Payment schedules vary per tour/season. In general, summer tour payments schedules are as follows:

Most tours require booking 7 months in advance.  Summer 2020 and 2021 tours are still open!  Please follow the timeline below:

Regular Adult:  $3,850 -14 day Cultural & Historical Tour
January:  $500
February $1000
March: $1000
April:  $1000
May:  Final balance = $350.00

Student: $2,950 -14 day Cultural & Historical Tour
January: $500
February: $700
March: $1,000
April: $750
